What to eat in Huntersville

Dressler’s Restaurant If you are in Huntersville and interested in a dinner that you will not quickly forget then the place to dine is at Dressler’s Restaurant. Dressler’s Restaurant is one of a kind and to put it bluntly creates the best meal you could ever ask for. The Head Chef Scott has over 20 years of experience in perfecting his craft in the Charlotte area and is putting it to good use every night. Each and every dish that goes out of the kitchen is touched by the Scott and does not exit the kitchen till it is perfect. There is a simple philosophy at Dressler’s. The philosophy is that every person who walks through the front door is friend or is going to be before the night is out. The idea is that by the time dinner is over you will love Dressler’s and want to come back. The menu is extensive and has a large variety of food. There is bound to be at least a few things on the menu that you are sure to love and I’m sure will have a hard time choosing between them. One of my favorites is the Cold Water Lobster Tail, the lobster is a Maine lobster caught and kept alive until your meal is ready to be cooked it is served up with roasted potatoes, asparagus with a herb butter.
