Everett, Washington is a very interesting place to visit. Everett has the largest facilitly in the world, the Boeing Assembly Plant. The building is used to build and assemble Boeing aircraft. Everett is a port town. In fact, it boasts the biggest marina open to the public on the entire Western Seaboard. There are many other things that you will want to check out while you are vacationing or visiting in this great city. Boeing Aircraft Factory Tour Center

This factory tour takes visitors into the single largest building, by volume, in the world. Large enough to hold all of Disneyland, with room left over for covered parking, this is the area where jumbo jets are assembled.

Mosquito Fleet San Juan Orca Cruises

This company runs whale-watching cruises through the San Juan Islands and Puget Sound. Naturalists narrate the tours. Whale sightings are not guaranteed, but the company claims sightings on 80-percent of cruises, plus marine mammal sightings on all cruises.

Everett Events Center

This arena seats 10,000 and presents concerts, rodeos, circuses and sporting events. Disney on Ice, Harlem Globetrotters and Sesame Street Live along with hockey, basketball, volleyball, wrestling and gymnastics are some of the entertainment that attendees can expect.

Stevens Pass Ski Area

This ski area in the Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest offers both day and nighttime skiing.

This Everett park forms a good companion to the town's other major picnicking attraction, Legion Park. This one was refurbished in 1998, and it water attractions, like lifeguard-supervised swimming and boating classes throughout the summer.

Legion Memorial Park

Legion Memorial Park was refurbished in 1998. Its new playground is one of the biggest in the area, and the summer music program for children is very popular and runs on Tuesdays at noon throughout the summer months. The park is also home to a public golf course.

Biringer Farm

Picking berries is popular in the summer months (you get to take what you pluck), and picnics are a fun all year round. Tours are also available for those with limited farm experience.
