and driving down to New Orleans to get fish and shellfish right off
the boats help their marvelous menu come alive with gusto and
flavor. Offering pizza with New York style crusts; pasta al
dente, or to the tooth, tender, but firm to the bite; seafood and
their specialties; steaks and chops, veal and chicken; you will
spend hours just reading over the extensive menu. With a wood
burning oven to compliment the meals flavors, woods to add just that
hint of savor, this is a fabulous eating establishment. An
example of each would be in order, from the steaks and chops, Pork
Tchoupitoulas or two marinated bone-in center cut chops broiled and
topped with New Orleans style barbeque shrimp and steamed asparagus.
